BAR.08 is officially in full swing. We have the roars of the best barman competition behind us, and the dulcit tones of Ian Wisnewski conducting a vodka tasting in front of us. There's no signs of it winding down even though there's only an hour and a half of the first day left to go. Let's hope tomorrow's BAR.08 gives us the good send off it deserves.
